Dr Meera Ragavan graduated from Madras Medical College (MMC) with 32 gold medals including the prestigious Johnstone Gold medal for the best outgoing student. She completed her postgraduate training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at PGIMER Chandigarh, one of the most prestigious postgraduate training institutions in India. Subsequently she worked as a Senior Resident in PGIMER, Chandigarh and then in JIPMER, Pondicherry assimilating invaluble experiences in the management of common as well as complex obstetrics and gynecology conditions.
She then pursued her further training in the UK completing MRCOG from The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists as well as a comprehensive specialist registrar programme. Culminating to this training was her appointment at South Manchester University Hospitals as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist.
Compassionate, comprehensive and ethical service at international standards with patient at the heart of care are the goals of Dr Meera Ragavan and Dr N Ragavan.
